Deep Release Therapy

Intentional, deep tissue, focused bodywork for where your body needs it most.

Deep Release Therapy is designed to address specific areas of pain, injury, or chronic tension using precise, therapeutic techniques that work with the body - not against it.

Whether you're dealing with lingering discomfort, overuse patterns, or restricted movement, the work is both effective and deeply respectful of your body's limits.

Rather than forcing release, this approach listens. It works layer by layer, allowing the tissue to soften and unwind in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.

This session may include deeper pressure, slow myofascial work, cupping, stripping, and focused attention on problem areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, or arms - especially for those whose work or lifestyle places repetitive strain on the body.
